Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the German Farmers Mutual Insurance Company is held on the fourth Monday of February each year at 7:00 P.M. at 208 West Spring Street in New Knoxville, Ohio.

Each year the company elects board members for three-year terms. Nominating petitions for policyholders interested in being candidates, for election as board members, are available from the secretary-treasurer. The petitions must be completed and returned tend days prior to the meeting.
